Portrait of Hina Babar, clinical psychologist
Hello, I'm Hina

Hina Babar

Clinical Psychologist · Lecturer · Lahore

People do not lack intelligence. What they often lack is emotional guidance, the right resources, and a space where they feel truly seen. As a clinical psychologist, I offer that space. My work is human centred, warm, and grounded in evidence, and I am here to walk with you while also challenging you enough to move toward healing.

Children to young adults

Individual therapy, plus parent consultations where a child is in care.

How I work

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, low mood, identity, and life transitions. My approach blends cognitive behavioural therapy, developmental psychology, and a steady belief that you already carry the strength you need. Therapy simply helps you find it.

Sessions are warm, structured, and evidence informed. We begin with a careful assessment, then agree on a direction together, drawing on CBT, behaviour therapy, and positive psychology, adapted thoughtfully to your context.

Warmth first

You set the pace. Nothing is pushed before you are ready for it.

Evidence, not guesswork

CBT, behaviour therapy and positive psychology, chosen to fit you.

Family in the picture

Care that sees you in your full context, not just your symptoms.
